Process Technician

Job Description

Job Title: Process Technician

Location: Lexington, NC

Shift Hours: 2nd Shift 2:00pm – 10:30pm (Overtime as needed)

Pay Range: $19.00/hour

As a Process Technician, you will support production by providing technical expertise, improving equipment performance, and training team members on operational processes—all while ensuring product quality and efficiency.

Day-to-Day Role:

Set up and operate blow molding machines per specifications

Provide hands-on technical support to production teams

Train operators and technicians on new or revised procedures

Conduct quality checks and monitor product performance

Perform root cause analysis to minimize defects and ensure quality

Improve machine quality, cycle time, and energy usage

Manage and assist with the launch of new equipment

Collect and monitor data to improve efficiency and reduce downtime

Support junior team members with process operations and safety training

Report any production-impacting issues to management

Learn and assist with troubleshooting and machine adjustments

Core Skills and Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

Must wear proper PPE at all times

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in hot manufacturing environments

Strong attendance and reliability

Must be available for overtime as needed

Open to other duties as assigned by management
