Our client is a global leader in their manufacturing sector. They are looking for a Process Engineer to join their team at their facility outside of Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a mix of hands-on process, production, and project experience in a food or chemical manufacturing setting.

Process Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Chemical Manufacturing/Food Manufacturing/Production Engineer/Chemical Process Engineer/Corn Milling/FDA

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide day to day troubleshooting and operations support as needed

Participate in engineering projects, including design and innovation

Ensure process goals are met on time and under budget

Maintain systems to meet safety, quality, production, and cost goals

Adhere to site safety guidelines and regulations

Identify opportunities for process optimization and process improvements

Multi-unit operations expert â provide knowledge as needed

Salary Range: $100,000/year - $110,000/year + bonus
