We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical projects and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical teams on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

• Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation and maintenance work.

• Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Primavera for project scheduling, budgeting, and estimating.

• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all electrical installations meet industry standards.

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets, providing input based on field conditions.

• Train and mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team.

• Address any issues that arise during construction promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in using construction management software including Prolog and Primavera for effective project oversight.

• Familiarity with quality control processes and construction site management best practices.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and estimating.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics and blueprints.
