Job Description

IT company seeking a Network Engineer or Level 3 Support Technician capable of supporting Windows/MAC desktops/laptops/servers, switches, VLANs, Routers, and Wireless networks. The potential candidate would benefit to be proficient in Sonicwalls, Ubiquiti wireless networks, and Microsoft Server Administration and setup. This position requires managing IT support calls in the field and following up with clients and our company's technicians on a daily basis. The potential candidate must have good organizational skills, exhibit reliable customer service qualities, and excellent communication skills.
