What You'll Do:
Lead and manage bridge design, analysis, and rehabilitation projects.
Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring projects meet their needs.
Independently manage budgets, schedules, and project execution.
Conduct bridge inspections and structural assessments for maintenance and rehabilitation planning.
Collaborate with DOTs, municipalities, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
Provide technical oversight during construction, reviewing designs, shop drawings, and responding to RFIs.
What You Bring to the Team:
PE License.
Experience in bridge design, analysis, and project management.
Ability to manage clients and build long-term relationships.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills ability to manage and develop a team.
Technical expertise in bridge engineering, including load ratings, structural analysis, and AASHTO standards.
Proficiency in structural engineering software (SAP2000, MIDAS Civil, LARSA 4D, AutoCAD, etc.).
Independent problem-solver who can work autonomously while also collaborating with teams.
