We are hiring Summer Interns!

Join the Boston Beer Company Commercialization Department for a dynamic and engaging summer Project Management Internship. Get the opportunity to work in a variety of positions within the fast moving, alcohol consumer goods industry. Learn about the consumer marketing discipline via opportunities across Brand Development and Commercial Activation. This position is from June-August.

Experience front line exposure to one of the nation’s fastest and most innovative alcoholic beverage companies. Gain critical experience in your field of study and networking that will provide career-building opportunities in or out of marketing.

During the course of your summer, you will be exposed to the entire Boston Beer portfolio and an opportunity to understand the whole process from the idea to delivery to our customers as well as engaging with the amazingly unique people & culture of Boston Beer

You and the other interns will also be provided social and connection opportunities to connect and collaborate together. Also, we will ask for your collective help as we continue to improve the internship program and establish best practices and dynamics to include in the future.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple marketing collateral projects; offers, everyday point of sale and commercial activation

Utilize contemporary project management techniques to execute projects effectively, while striving to improve efficiency of project workflow

Quickly build cross-functional relationships with the key stakeholders to effectively facilitate each project

Utilize all BBC commercialization systems including Workfront, Proof HQ, Master Data Management and SharePoint

Curate timelines based on the Workfront timeline template in partnership with cross functional teams for each project

Use proactive problem-solving skills to influence the project timeline, identify and communicate critical hurdles throughout the project

An ‘office’ environment (meetings and desk-oriented activity) working with remote coworkers

On occasion, travel to events and meetings

Required Experience and Skills:

You are a current undergraduate student – current junior rising to their senior year, majoring in Marketing, Creative, Business, or Liberal Arts

You have had previous internships that show a personal desire toward Business, Marketing, Creative, and/or Entrepreneurial Spirit

You have a personal commitment to culture and creativity, entrepreneurship, and a strong learning approach

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay range for this role if hired is $18 - $20 per hour. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
