We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant / Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both administrative and sales-related tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office management
• Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and client coordination
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain and organize files, records, and relevant documents
• Prepare basic reports, quotations, and assist in data entry
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Provide support during events, exhibitions, or showroom visits when necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in admin or sales support is a plus
