To manage the buying and retail merchandising function of the designed brand and category to optimize business volume while respecting the fashion direction from the group. This position is responsible for our merchandising and stock operation under the supervision of Merchandising Manager. It is a key role to drive our continued success in sales and development.

What you will do

Provide product training to retail staff to ensure they possess good knowledge for each collection

Merchandising Analysis on regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Perform monthly forecast on top sellers and provide insight to the regional team

Develop the merchandise selection of the designated lines for the shops.

Maintain up-to-date records for the stock receipts, stock holding, and stock for sale etc. information for management’s review.

Select and buy merchandise and coordinate necessary follow up with Italy on order confirmation, shipment and actual receipts of all merchandise.

Coordinate with visual merchandising and retail operations department to ensure that all shops are presented to customers in line with the Company’s policy.

Compile and submit all necessary sales, inventory, forecasts, budgets, etc. information as may be required by management from time to time.

You need to have

Economic, analytical/numerical background, combined with a knowledge of the world of fashion/luxury and products

Similar 2-3 year+ experience in this role

Fashion/luxury-oriented and knowledge of Retail basic principles

Familiar with MS office especially Excel

Strong sensitivity and aesthetic sense

Passion for international context and for the various social and cultural contexts

Good command of English language and preferably of a second language
