Job Overview:

Our CAPEX Project Engineers are tasked with leading engineering efforts for complex projects improving our plant processes, equipment, and systems to maintain our competitive position and to remain an industry leader in our market. These projects will include automation, sustainability, equipment upgrades, and new line additions and expansions.

Provide innovative engineering solutions resulting in projects completed on time and on budget

Manage multiple, complex projects from concept to completion.

Ensure design compliance with all project requirements

Provide cost, schedule and resource needs for assigned projects and track budget and schedule performance

Communicate both up and down ensuring project objectives are achieved and aligned.

Control design configuration and overall management of technical data packages

Coordinate and lead design reviews Qualifications:

BS in an engineering discipline

Multiple levels from 1-3 years exp, 5+ years, or 10+ years

Must be able to effectively deal with ambiguity, create and innovate

Be a strong, effective communicator
