Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager/Estimator

Location: Bridgeville, Delaware

Job Summary: Our client is a leading provider of heavy civil construction in Southern Delaware, specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. With more than 30 years of industry expertise, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget for their local clients. Our client is seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Managers, Estimators, and other Skilled Tradesmen to join their dynamic team. Job Duties:

* Oversee & manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion

* Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects

* Collaborate with clients/subcontractors/internal teams to ensure project requirements and objectives are met

* Lead project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation

* Monitor & track project progress, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

* Identify risks, manage changes, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track

* Assist in preparing bids and proposals for new projects

* Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience as a successful project manager, estimator, or superintendent

* Valid driver"s license and clean driving record

* Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

* OSHA 30-hour certification

* CDL preferred

* Additional certifications a plus (Welding, Confined Space, Safety, JetVac, etc.)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

* Overtime/Weekends - as needed
