Our client in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a Director of Project Management
Job Description:
- Lead and review all construction projects.
- Work with the Vice President of Construction to manage the Project Management department.
- Periodic check-ins with onsite superintendents
- Meet with clients to take orders and requirements
- Track project performance
- Lead weekly meetings for any ongoing and future projects.
- Create and run any necessary Project Management training.
- Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and third-party vendors.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Create and execute annual performance reviews
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor"s degree in Management or appropriate field is a requirement.
- 3-5 years' experience in a project management or similar role
- Experience with Jonas Premier, Procore and all Microsoft Office products.
