As a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide direct support to the Maintenance operations of CHN.

Responsibilities include:

Preventative Maintenance & Repair

Inspections & Unit Turns

Inventory

Safety & Compliance

Team Leadership & Development

General Maintenance Oversight

Budgets and Capital Improvement

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent or 5 years’ experience in one or more trade areas of repair (general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)

3+ years’ experience in apartment industry required

2+ years in a supervisory position preferred

Valid driver’s license

Valid auto insurance

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology utilized in role

Experience with property management software and work order systems required.

Advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and general landscaping skills.

Personal vehicle for transportation of self and equipment/tools between properties

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high volume with great attention to detail

Strong customer service skills, including creating a customer-focused culture.

Ability to move heavy objects, reach high and low areas, and use manual tools/equipment.
