An appointment coordinator is responsible for managing schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating between clients and staff to ensure smooth operations. To be responsible and accountable for all booking process for designated service or group of services, undertaking booking of appointments in accordance with procedures. To monitor the waiting list to ensure all patients are booked according to the Access Policy.

Addressing issues related to appointment scheduling, such as cancellations, rescheduling, or conflicts.
Providing assistance and information to patients or clients regarding appointments and procedures.
Following established procedures and guidelines for appointment scheduling and administration.
