Logistics Operations Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our last-mile and middle-mile transportation processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers from Denmark, Sweden and Norway, facilitating weekly performance reviews, and ensuring the seamless implementation of delivery experience initiatives and handling incident escalations.

Oversee the management and optimization of 3PL partners for both last-mile and middle-mile transportation services.

Lead weekly performance calls with internal teams and 3PL partners to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

Develop the overall delivery experience for customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive process from order placement to final delivery.

Facilitate the escalation of incidents related to delivery operations, including delays, damages, and customer complaints and trends.

Manage and optimize the delivery operations budget, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service excellence.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (e.g., customer service, production, marketing, and tech) to enhance delivery processes, systems, and technologies.

Support on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by the business needs.

You have...

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. Proven experience managing 3PL partnerships and handling operational escalations.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting. SQL is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Fluency in English. Proficiency in Nordic languages is considered an advantage.
