Job Description

TA Staffing is hiring Pick and Pack Workers to assist our various warehouse clients with fulfilling orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately.

Responsibilities:

•Pick products from inventory based on customer orders •Pack and prepare items for shipping according to company standards •Label and organize shipments for efficient processing •Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing •Maintain a clean and organized workstation •Follow safety guidelines and company procedures •Work as part of a team to meet order fulfillment goals

Qualifications:

•Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required •Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods •Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions •Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
