Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle needs.

Clearly explain service options, recommend appropriate maintenance, and provide accurate estimates.

Utilize our state-of-the-art service management system to efficiently handle customer appointments and vehicle information.

Maintain open communication with customers, providing updates on service progress and addressing any concerns.

Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Collaborate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.

Requirements

Previous experience in the automotive service industry preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient computer skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a pre screen background and drug test
