Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter with a strong track record in hiring high-performing sales representatives across both the U.S. and the Philippines. The ideal candidate has successfully built and scaled sales teams, leveraging both active and passive sourcing strategies on LinkedIn and other platforms. This individual should be able to integrate AI-driven recruitment tools and think outside traditional sourcing methods to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top sales professionals.

Source, engage, and hire qualified sales reps through LinkedIn, AI tools, networking, and creative recruitment methods.

Utilize both active and passive sourcing techniques, including headhunting, referrals, and market research.

Optimize and leverage AI-driven recruiting solutions to enhance efficiency and candidate targeting.

Think beyond traditional sourcing by identifying alternative talent acquisition channels.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from outreach to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, sales recruitment strategies, and innovative hiring tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hiring and building sales teams in both the U.S. and the Philippines.

Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, including both passive and active outreach.

Experience utilizing AI-powered recruitment tools and automation to streamline hiring.

Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to think outside the box in talent acquisition.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
