Injection Molding Maintenance Tech - Night Shift

Our client inspires creativity and imagination through its innovative art tools, crafting activities, and creative toys. Theyâ re looking to add a skilled 3rd Shift Molding Technician to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known company based in the Lehigh Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust, and operate plastic injection molding machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Perform mold changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting to optimize performance.

Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.

Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

Conduct routine maintenance on molding equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Follow all safety and quality protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Experience with plastic injection molding processes and machinery.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of mold setup, machine operation, and maintenance procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work 11:30pm-7:30am and occasional overtime as needed.
