JOIN THE TEAM

A Data Engineer Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of technology projects within an organization. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects focused on Data Integration with technologies like Azure Data Factory, Eventhub, Eventgrid, Databricks and more.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.

Integration Expertise:

Serve as the subject matter expert on Integration, providing guidance on best practices and optimization strategies.

Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs

Customer Service Solutions:

Design and implement customer service workflows and processes that enhance the customer experience.

Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that all project deliverables meet or exceed these requirements.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes

Continuous Improvement:

Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices in project delivery.

Stay updated on industry trends and Interation technologies and customer service technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.

Project Management Experience:

Varied and extensive experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.

Experience managing complex projects related to data platform and analytics, including data integration, data migration, and data modeling.

Agile Methodologies:

In-depth knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.

Ability to lead Agile teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.

Strong understanding of Agile project management tools and techniques, such as user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Leadership and Communication Skills:

Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements

Continuous Improvement Mindset:

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying up-todate with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and data platform analytics.

Ability to identify areas for process improvement, implement Agile practices, and mentor team members in Agile principles.
