Cashiers

Job Purpose: To handle all payment transactions accurately and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant or nightclub environment.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Process sales transactions using POS system (cash, credit/debit cards, etc.). Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.

Ensure accurate cash handling and register balancing at end of shift.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues politely.

Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth guest experience.

Follow security procedures and monitor suspicious activity.

Comply with company policies and Bahrain’s labor and tax regulations.

Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a cashier (preferably in F&B or nightlife industry). Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Good math and communication skills.

Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Customer-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented.
