Senior Leasing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental income

Identify target tenants and actively pursue new leasing opportunities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends

Prepare leasing proposals and negotiate lease terms and conditions

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants

Address tenant inquiries and concerns

Monitor and track tenants' performance and compliance with lease agreements

Prepare leasing budgets and forecasts

Track leasing performance against budgets

Ensure timely rent payments from tenants - arrears management

Provide regular leasing reports and updates to management

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of leasing experience in commercial or retail property

Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and managing tenant relationships

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and property management principles

Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
