The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in telecom trading, network infrastructure, or IT lifecycle services. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be pivotal in growing the organisations presence in the U.S. market.
You'll focus on developing strategic relationships with carriers, OEMs, and service providers to help them manage excess telecom equipment — determining whether it should be refurbished, resold, repaired, or responsibly decommissioned.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage telecom operators, carriers, and enterprises with surplus infrastructure (e.g., routers, 5G masts, switches, and related equipment)
Develop business around asset recovery, resale, repair, and lifecycle services
Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts across the U.S.
Track industry trends and identify new commercial opportunities within telco networks
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in telecom equipment trading, network lifecycle services, or infrastructure supply
Strong existing relationships with major players in the OEM space
Background with companies in the telecom network, logistics, or carrier services sectors
Commercially astute, with a consultative sales approach and strong negotiation skills
