Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years ***Remote*** need 3 references

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Define and document business functions and processes

Analyze the integration of business functions with technology

Assist with business case development and business process reengineering

Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements

Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies

Conduct cost-benefit analysis

Develop or assist with project work plans, project timelines.

Expertise and or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Three (3) years of experience with business analytics processes with at least 1 year in an agile environment

Project experience facilitating project related meetings with business partners

Writing skills with experience creating requirements and design documents

VISIO or similar diagraming tool.

Experience with data conversion

Familiarity with JIRA

PMI-PBA or CBAP certification

government experience preferred

Familiarity with Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)

Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
