Job Overview
Join our team as a Junior SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) Specialist, based in Luanda. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. You will leverage your expertise to support our procurement and inventory management processes, contributing to operational efficiency across our diverse business units.
Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, with a deep understanding of its modules and functionalities (Mandatory skill).
Solid knowledge of procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management (Mandatory skill).
Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and its application in inventory control and management (Mandatory skill).
Understanding of inventory management practices and how to optimize stock levels effectively.
Familiarity with SAP Ariba and its functionalities for comprehensive spend management solutions.
Experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to build and maintain productive supplier partnerships.
Skill in using SAP Fiori for an enhanced and user-friendly experience with SAP systems.
Ability to integrate SAP MM with SAP SD and SAP PP for seamless workflow across different business processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Implement and maintain SAP MM systems to enhance the efficiency of material management and procurement processes.
Work closely with different departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP MM.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and maintain optimal inventory levels for the organization.
Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate seamless integration of procurement transactions with financial operations.
Conduct training and support for end-users to enhance their proficiency in SAP MM functionalities.
Regularly review and analyze material management and procurement data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
Assist in the preparation and execution of material management strategies aligned with the company's operational goals.
