Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level SAP Materials Management Consultant to join our team in Luanda. This full-time position requires a work experience of 4 to 6 years. The candidate will be instrumental in improving and managing our SAP Materials Management solutions, ensuring efficiency across procurement and inventory processes to support our diverse retail operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (Mandatory skill), demonstrating strong technical and functional expertise.
Solid understanding of Inventory Management (Mandatory skill) to optimize and maintain accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain operations.
Expertise in the Purchase Order Process (Mandatory skill) to manage ordering, tracking, and processing of goods effectively.
Experience with SAP ECC, crucial for ensuring integration and alignment with existing SAP systems and processes.
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes to streamline procurement activities from requisition to vendor payment.
Understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for effective planning and control of inventory needs.
Vendor Management skills to develop positive relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori to enhance usability and user experience through intuitive and redesigned interfaces.
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Materials Management solutions to meet strategic objectives.
Manage the end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and documentation of solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other modules and systems.
Optimize inventory management processes for efficient stock control and reduced holding costs.
Develop and maintain procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods.
Provide training and support to users to enhance system knowledge and operational efficiency.
Identify and address system issues promptly to minimize business disruptions and improve system performance.
Document and update SAP MM processes, procedures, and best practices regularly for organizational use.
