Affiliate Manager Online Casino Industry

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the online casino / iGaming industry – Must

Experience working with affiliate networks or media partners from the casino world

English – High level, both written and spoken – Must

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, tracking systems, and KPIs

Knowledge and experience in pixel implementation & tracking setup – Must

Basic understanding of marketing terms & performance metrics – Must

(e.g. Impressions, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, CPA, ROI etc.)

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

Manage and expand the affiliate program

Recruit new affiliates & partners from the casino/iGaming industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates

Set up and monitor tracking links & pixel implementation

Monitor affiliate activity and analyze performance metrics

Develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns

Ensure compliance with regulations & company policies
