MISSION
This role will have the key responsibility to support the Events Project Manager(s) for all events taking place in Singapore, Malaysia, and ASEAN from conception to execution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product-related events to include ‘Pop Ups’ / Exhibitions
Retail Partners programming
Boutique Animation programming
Ad hoc Press Events
Vendor sourcing, liaison
Preparation of events proposal decks
SAP Management to include PO creation / vendor creation / invoice processing etc.
Storeroom and Warehouse inventory management
YOUR PROFILE
Good communication and presentation skills
Creative, meticulous, proactive, and resourceful
Organized and attentive to details
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team player with strong collaborative spirit
Highly motivated, strong ability to multi-task projects concurrently
Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
