Due to recent growth and new campaigns, our client currently has openings in their call center to fill the roles of Call Center Team Leaders, Supervisors. Managers.
Requirements:
1-2 years in a role as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager.
Grade 12 or equivalent national diploma.
Excellent communication skills.
Possess intermediate computer skills.
Be customer service focused.
Possess a genuine interest in contact center and customer service.
