Responsibilities:
Create value; highlight features and benefits, unique services, and diversified options
Building rapport to understand customers and ensure a positive customer experience
Objection handling, with a focus to retain and nurture the business
High Volume of outbound calls daily in a fast-paced environment
Talk and type as you record all customer information on CRM systems
Constantly up-sell and cross-sell, holding commercial outcomes in all conversations
About you:
Must have call center/sales experience
Excellent Phone Manner and communication skills
You are a team player who supports your colleagues to deliver the best results
Think on your feet and tailor your response to different situations and people
Thrive on being able to solve problems and offer solutions
Self motivated with an innovative approach to conflict resolution
