FQHC setting Federally qualified health center

Group has 4 Family Medicine physicians plus several CRNP s and a pediatrician.

No call required.

Monday Friday with no weekends. Hours are 8 am 5:30 pm with 1 late date on Thursdays till 7:30 pm. Rotate late schedule of 11 am 7:30 pm every 4-6 weeks.

See 16-20 patients per day

Visa sponsorship available for J1 and H1B visa holders.

Salary range is $215,000 - $220,000 (negotiable)

Full benefits including 23 days of PTO in year one. $3500 for CME plus CME time off of 40 hours a year. Medical, dental, vision, life, disability and 403B retirement.

Relocation up to $10,000

Located 25 minutes to Harrisburg, PA, 3 hours to Pittsburgh, PA and 2 hours to Philadelphia, PA.
