Job Title: Electromechanical Technician
Job Description
This candidate will be conducting Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance on Food Processing machinery. The candidate will be working in a highly automated food processing facility to ensure equipment and building systems operate in the safest and most productive condition, supporting continuous improvement and reliability.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintenance of electrical and process control systems.
Troubleshooting 480v systems.
Installation, repair, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation used in process controls, analyzing systems, valves/actuators, and other pneumatically controlled devices.
Determining causes for malfunctioning instruments and taking appropriate action to improve system reliability.
VFD programming and troubleshooting.
Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics.
Performing preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
Following all applicable good manufacturing practices (GMP's).
Assisting in the maintenance of parts inventory.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting electrical systems.
Maintenance technician experience.
Preventive maintenance skills.
Repair skills.
Electro-mechanical experience.
Electrical troubleshooting (3+ years).
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC (3+ years).
Experience with Siemens, HMI, VFD’s and related components (3+ years).
Mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical troubleshooting (2+ years).
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC's (3+ years).

Work Environment
Shift: 1st, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm. Initial training at the Jefferson plant with potential for 10+ hours a week once transitioned. GMP compliant attire includes hair net, beard net, non-slip shoes, and safety glasses.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Jefferson, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $83200.00/yr.
-Full Benefits start 1st day of hire
-Raise every 6 months if they score higher than a 65% on their assessment (learning new machines)

-COLA raise every April (usually 2-3%)
