Performs a variety of administrative functions to support a Property Manager or team of Property Managers. These tasks include: lease abstraction, lease administration, tenant welcome packages, maintenance of property & tenant files, signage installations and removals, monthly operating reports, preparation of correspondence, filing, rent payment tracking, and work order system management.
Communicates regularly with tenants, owners and vendors.
Prepares for and attends meetings with Property Managers and/or owners tenants vendors, including maintaining agendas, action items and minutes. Ensures meeting decisions are documented and implemented.
Assist Property Managers with property budgets, including entry of data and pulling of reports.
Contact tenants for rent payments, documenting contacts for Property Manager and property owner review.
Coordinate vendors to maintain building cleanliness, including sanitization, window and carpet cleaning.
Coordinate and execute tenant appreciation events.

Requirements
Degree or similar experience in commercial real estate
MS Office Suite proficiency, MRI/YARDI knowledge a plus
Strong communicator, planner and organizer
Solid grasp of fundamental administrative support tasks such as filing, correspondence, mailings and more
Broad understanding of financial terms and principles, able to apply basic math skills
