Description:
Create and execute a content strategy that drives brand awareness, engages our audience and generate leads. You will write SEO-optimized blog posts, craft compelling email campaigns and manage other related content duties to support our marketing and communications goals. The ideal candidate is creative and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Partnering with the CMO and internal teams, develop and implement a content marketing strategy to align with the company’s business goals to increase brand awareness, drive leads and client engagement.
Drive marketing technology and AI innovation by taking ownership of our marketing platforms—including CMS, CRM, automation tools, analytics, and email software—to streamline workflows and enhance performance.
Write and edit SEO-optimized blog posts for B2C and B2B audiences to drive traffic and educate clients.
Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring they attract leads, engage clients, and retain relationships.
Collaborate across teams to ensure content aligns with Marshall+Sterling brand guidelines, messaging and objectives.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to create timely, relevant content.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications operations, ideally within the insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
Proficiency with key marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce (marketing automation), WordPress (content management), Emma (email marketing), and Google Analytics (data visualization).
Strong project management capabilities, with hands-on experience using tools such as Asana and Mojo to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with current trends, compliance standards, and regulatory considerations in the insurance and financial services sectors.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
A strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Total Rewards Package:
Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 based on experience and certification.
