As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with department managers to ensure that HR practices align with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.

Performance Management: Assist in management of performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and maintain accurate employee records.

Training and Development: Assist with employee development programs.

Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits enrollment, answer employee questions, and liaise with benefits providers.

HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
