As a Delivery Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers. This position involves assisting the delivery driver with loading and unloading goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities

Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle.

Ensure that all items are securely loaded and organized for safe transport.

Help navigate delivery routes and provide support in reaching destinations efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and assist with inventory management as needed.

Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.

Communicate effectively with the delivery team and customers to ensure satisfaction.

Adhere to safety protocols while handling products and operating vehicles.

Requirements

Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a warehouse setting is preferred.

Familiarity with operating various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans.

Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus.

Experience using pallet jacks and forklifts is advantageous.

Strong physical stamina to lift heavy items and perform manual labor throughout the shift.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
