Description:
We are looking for a candidate with a Desktop support background to join our Tier-1 desktop support team. This person will be responsible for responding to issues involving: analyzing the issue, performing troubleshooting, assessing the problem, determining the severity, elevating the issue to proper team, interacting with the company and providing real-time feedback throughout the resolution process. Duties will include:
• Responsible for the implementation, startup and troubleshooting of proprietary software and hardware.
• Collaborating with management prior to and during rollout of updates, providing training and on the spot assistance to management and associates
• Communicating and coordinating with all levels of management, before, during and after incidents
• Constructed key word and key issue documentation and incident tracking for trending purposes
• Provide daily written updates on status of current tickets, open issues and projects.
This person will help to support the Winston Salem area . This person primarily will be doing desktop, helpdesk, printer and some application troubleshooting. they will travel to other sites in Winston when necessary to fire up network, project work, pc support, printer support, any database experience is a plus.
