OPERATIONS MANAGER - SECURITY OPERATIONS - ARROW SECURITY NYC REGIONAL OFFICE

Position Summary

As an operative of our company pledge to exceed client expectations, the Operations Manager manages staffing and scheduling of security officers for designated client contract/site location(s). The Account Manager acts as a trusted mentor to the security team and a quality service provider and liaison to our clients, communicating all daily operations activities with an effective and responsive approach.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Manages 5,000-6,500 hours of contract hours

Handles scheduling of assigned security staff as congruent with client needs

Trains, mentors and supports uniformed security officers

Liaison with client and coordinate communication of operations, through an effective and responsive approach

Provides exceptional customer service

Effectively manages people and costs while ensuring contract compliance

Drafts and updates security post orders

Drives operational accountability

Other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Must have 2 years experience in managing security operations or accounts

Have ability to work within a structured environment and follow standards of processes

Works well within a team

Must be flexible in availability to tend to accounts as needed

Ability to work in time-critical situations with firm deadlines

Working knowledge of WinTeam & eHub platforms preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Valid Driver's License preferred

HS Diploma/GED
