We're looking for a skilled Structural Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in repair and restoration projects to join our team in Trevose, Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and coordinate project meetings, track milestones, and ensure timelines are met

Conduct on-site inspections, field testing, documentation, and technical evaluations

Develop detailed plans, specifications, and technical reports for restoration projects

Translate investigation reports and bid documents into actionable design solutions

Manage clear and consistent communication with clients and contractors

Maintain organized records, accurate field calculations, and internal documentation

Provide post-project feedback, contribute to continuous improvement, and help shape the future of our processes

Represent the company at industry events and seminars, keeping your finger on the pulse of the AEC world

What You Bring:

P.E. License (required)

Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering

5+ years of experience in restoration, repair, or building envelope design

Bonus points for experience with high-rises and building facades

OSHA-10 certification and valid U.S. driver’s license (you’ll be traveling to client sites)

Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
