Process Engineer

Process Engineer Full-Time Onsite – Tulsa, OK

We’re hiring a Process Engineer to join a high-volume manufacturing company. The person in this role will lead the design and development of complex industrial processes — including simulation, system layout, and internal collaboration across engineering and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize process systems using tools like UniSim, HYSYS, or ProMax

Create and revise process documentation: PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, specifications

Perform advanced process calculations (mass/heat balance, pressure ratings, etc.)

Participate in and lead PHA/HAZOP sessions

Collaborate with teams across engineering, quality, and production

Manage projects from concept through execution

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering (or related field)

Experience in process engineering within manufacturing or industrial environments

Strong background in chemical processes, piping, tanks, blending, and instrumentation

Experience leading engineering projects or serving as technical SME
