Our client is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of engineers at a dynamic production facility. This position plays a crucial role in process innovation, continuous improvement, and the successful execution of capital projects across multiple manufacturing lines or a single-site operation.

Projects You’ll Work On:
Lead the planning and implementation of complex manufacturing processes, tooling systems, and production equipment.
Manage cross-functional improvement projects that focus on reducing costs, increasing throughput, and elevating quality.
Support the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies and systems upgrades.
Drive capital budgeting processes, including planning and execution of capital investments within the site.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee all aspects of manufacturing engineering operations within a defined production area or site.
Collaborate with quality, design, and supply chain teams to deliver innovative manufacturing solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
Guide project timelines, budgets, and staff assignments to meet production and business goals.
Identify and lead strategic process improvements that positively impact plant performance.
Act as a technical advisor and mentor for junior engineering staff.
What Experience You Should Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field required); advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive engineering experience, including direct leadership responsibility.
Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, lean methodologies, and process optimization tools.
Proven experience in managing capital projects, from concept through implementation.
Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard engineering software.
