Production Supervisor

Sterlite Technologies Inc. (STL), a global leader in end-to-end connectivity solutions, is seeking a driven and experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of operators in the manufacturing of high-quality fiber optic cable. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of production operators to meet daily output, quality, and safety objectives.

Oversee fiber optic cable manufacturing operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Monitor shift performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve operational issues.

Maintain accurate production documentation, shift logs, and attendance records.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting; experience in cable or fiber optic production is a plus.

Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment.

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety standards is advantageous.
