Develop site plans, planting designs, hardscape layouts, and grading plans that are context-sensitive and meet both aesthetic and functional goals.

Participate in client meetings, public presentations, and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather input and present design concepts.

Prepare presentation materials, renderings, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion.

Ensure compliance with local codes, ADA accessibility standards, and environmental best practices.

Assist in construction administration, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.

3–8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with relevant project experience in senior living, residential, or civic/community spaces.

Licensure or on track for licensure (PLA) preferred.

Strong design sensibility with an understanding of the role landscape plays in shaping community health and well-being.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and either SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, or similar 3D modeling/rendering tools.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Knowledge of native and adaptive plant species in the Southeast climate is a plus.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on communities across the Southeast while growing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
