The Role: HR Manager

As a HR Manager at Antolin, your mission is to lead and support all human resources functions within the facility, ensuring alignment with our global HR strategy while driving local initiatives that create a high performance, people first culture. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, champion employee engagement, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards. Your focus will be on talent development, workforce planning, and continuous improvement to support operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and administer company policies and employee handbook consistently to maintain adherence and compliance will all labour laws.

Handle a wide range of HR responsibilities that can be complex, requiring research, such as offering legal guidance and analysing data trends.

Organise and manage HR processes and policies, including Talent Management & Sourcing, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, etc.

Prioritise the delivery of high-quality HR services and achieve set standards and targets for all HR processes and policies.

Evaluate HR activities to identify areas for improvement and address issues.

Promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements through increased awareness.

Create strong relationships with HR teams within the company, both globally and locally.

Cultivate a culture of employee engagement, regularly following up on Employee Opinion Surveys to enhance the employee experience.

Assist managers in preparing for Employee Development Reviews, performance discussions, and calibration meetings in accordance with established principles and procedures.

For our HR Manager, we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

Master's degree preferred

HR experience in automotive Manufactuing preferred

At least five years of previous human resources experience

SAP & ADP previous experience preferred

Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Previous experience working with unions

Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships

Knowledge of change management processes & tools

Strong analytical and conceptual skills

Good team player and strong communication skills

Goal-oriented, structured, high sense of responsibility and self-initiative

Strong dedication and motivation to work in a dynamic environment

High level of flexibility and performance orientation as well as enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure

Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc
