Salary : $150000 - $220000
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents
Attend hearings and depositions
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Collaborate with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in California State Bar
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions
Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy
Superior organizational, multi-task, and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in defense of workers' compensation claims
