Senior Software Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing, AI-driven startup. If you have strong full-stack experience, a passion for building modern B2B SaaS products, and enjoy solving real-world challenges in data-rich environments, this is a compelling opportunity. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team, contributing to the development of a platform used by industry-leading professionals.

The Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll take ownership of core product features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll contribute across the stack, architecting scalable systems and shaping user experiences in a complex, data-driven product.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring 3-4 days onsite per week. Relocation support is available. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

About You:

You have 5-6 years of experience in software engineering (or 3-4 years with rapid career growth at top-tier companies).

You’ve built and shipped end-to-end features across backend and frontend systems.

You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and have a product-focused mindset.

You’re experienced in Python, TypeScript, and React, or can quickly ramp up in new technologies.

You have experience working on data-intensive, customer-facing applications and collaborating closely with product and design teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of features across backend and frontend.

Own architectural decisions and collaborate with design, product, and engineering peers.

Build scalable, maintainable systems that power a data-rich, AI-driven application.

Contribute to continuous product improvement and user experience enhancements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working across the stack with technologies like Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

Strong understanding of modern web architecture, systems design, and best practices.

Prior work on B2B SaaS platforms or CRM-style applications is a plus.

Experience with infrastructure tools like Docker and GitHub Actions is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $160K–$220K base
