Management Support & Analyst

PURPOSE

Provide data-driven insights and analysis as a reference for strategic decisions at all levels of the organization. Optimize resources and processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s operations.

KEY TASKS

Maintain, monitor, and analyze management support consumables inventory.

Responsible in managing Asset lifecycle system in Enabling Function such as requesting, procurement, identifying and disposal.

Monitor and track the operational budget for the Enabling Function, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize spending effectiveness.

Support the analysis of site projects, including new developments, technology transfers, and CapEx projects.

Oversee end-to-end outsourcing management, including requisition analysis, hiring, placement, and invoicing.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant position.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Proficiency in financial software.

Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools.

Additional Considerations:

Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools and/or ERP systems.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in finance or management are a plus.
