This role will directly support the Marketing and Leasing team initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily pricing for portfolios, responding to team inquiries and implementing rate changes.
Analyze pricing data to optimize revenue derived from occupancy, leads, expirations, and seasonal trends, ensuring competitive positioning that aligns with annual goals.
Assists with ongoing quality assurance activities, which include auditing configurations, settings parameters, comparable properties, and amenities.
Lead weekly/monthly pricing calls for assigned portfolios with operations, leasing, & marketing to evaluate property performance and provide solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine pricing strategies, focusing on tactical considerations for occupancy and revenue optimization.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making managers.
Oversight of all incoming manual pricing requests and daily units pushed workflow for accuracy.
Regularly communicate pricing insights, recommendations, and updates to relevant teams in a clear and concise manner, fostering understanding and alignment on pricing strategies and objectives.
Provide leadership and expertise in the day-to-day management of PRMS (Revenue IQ) and Non-RMS properties.
Own the creation and management of pricing metrics and reporting library. Includes creation of Pricing KPI’s, daily deliverables, and performance dashboards.
Support new business development with revenue forecasts and data used for RFP’s and property budget presentations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, required
Strong proficiency in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), required
2+ years of experience in property management, particularly in multi-family residential properties
Familiarity with PRMS, CRM, property management systems (e.g., Yardi, RevIQ, Co-Star)
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand pricing and financial models.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for creative problem-solving, capable of translating data into actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level).
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Capable of managing multiple priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation Package
$70,000 - $80,000 per year
2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave

401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary
