A Day in the Life of an ERT Officer

ERT Officers are assigned individually or as a team to various armed and unarmed details

including Guard Services, Asset Protection, Firewatch, Event Security, Close Protection, and

Workplace Violence Prevention.

Most often ERT Officers will begin their day at ARDENT's South Florida office by checking in

with their leadership team, receiving a vehicle for the day, and conducting a thorough inspection.

From there they’ll either respond to a previously scheduled detail, assist at an ongoing site,

return home and remain on-call, or participate in team training.

Salary Range:

● Base Salary: $40,000 per year

● Max Salary: $65,000 per year (Year 1)
