We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Novi location. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships across the company. Should possess the ability to work closely with key stakeholders across the company who will be integral to the success of these projects.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define the scope of the projects in collaboration with senior management
Develop reports, forms and records to document project activities
Design and deliver reports that have the capability for end-users to drill down and easily analyze data
Analyze and identify current systems and processes for areas of improvement
Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated
Manage data to ensure timely entry as needed
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Partner with key stakeholders to gain insight and user acceptance
Identify and gather requirements for design and implementation of assigned projects Experience and Skills
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:
Must possess strong Excel proficiency, including advanced functions and data analysis
Strong problem-solving skills are required
This position requires proficient multitasking skills and the capacity to prioritize effectively
Ability to utilize analytic software systems
Proven background of influencing and leading cross-functional project teams
Must be able to build rapport with key stakeholders throughout the organization
Track record of successful program launches
