WHAT DO WE DO?

Basically we do all the hard work of maintaining and cleaning properties between guest stays for homeowners, allowing thousands to enjoy the grandeur that is Summit County.

WHO DO WE SERVE?

Our customers fall into two categories: clients and guests. Our clients are homeowners whose properties we manage, and our guests are anyone who books a stay with us at one of the properties we manage.

As Housekeeper you will be responsible for cleaning vacation rentals on a daily basis. Each shift you will arrive at our storage facility to stock up on cleaning supplies, clean linens. Next you will receive your list of assigned vacation rentals to clean, any special instructions, and then head out to the resort to clean and prepare vacation rentals for guest stays. Housekeepers work independently or in teams and cleaning goes quickly as you follow the provided checklist and then head to the next vacation rental!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean vacation rental properties

Strip and make beds with clean linens

Clean property kitchen and bathrooms

Vacuuming, dusting, and tidying other areas of the vacation rental

Organize supplies and laundry

Perform minor maintenance tasks (i.e. change a light bulb)

Report issues to management/maintenance

Completes assignments and checklists through the EZ inspections app

Meets or exceeds minimum cleanliness and productivity standards

Assist in laundry as needed

COMPENSATION

$18.10-$23.00, depending on experience and performance

+$1-$2 per hour for bi-lingual

QUALIFICATIONS

0-4 years of housekeeping experience - preferred

Able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours

Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Able to work quickly and follow checklist

Basic understanding of technology including use of mobile apps

Valid drivers license highly preferred - company vehicle provided if no access to a personal vehicle

Must have local housing
